What does it cost?

How much do you want to spend?

You can get a used bike for a few bucks at the neighborhood yard sale, or you can go all out and spend a few thousand for a top of the line, luxury road bike with an all-carbon frame and speed and responsiveness to rival a sports car.  Or you can choose from a variety of options in between.  Do a little research and figure out which features matter the most to you.  Bike shops give excellent advice and can help you find a bike that suits your lifestyle, body type and budget.  You’ll want to spring for a good helmet too, and a quality bike lock to protect your investment.

No gas, no parking, no speeding tickets – this is what freedom looks like!
