How to ride public transit

“Do I need to have a ticket or exact change?  Will I know which stop to take?  What if I need to transfer?”

Don’t be intimidated – you can probably get the answers to all your questions here.  And if not, go ahead and ride anyway.  The driver and your fellow passengers will generally be kind and help you out.  You may even want to schedule a date with a friend to go with you the first time.  Next time you ride, piece of cake.  Then you can help out “the new kid on the block.”
