Bike Buddies
If riding your bike to work sounds like a great option, but you are not comfortable cycling alone, 511 is a free service providing an easy way to find others who are interested in sharing their cycling commute.
To find a Bike Buddy simply logon to SACREGION511.ORG and register using the same instructions as for carpoolers. When you get to the "commuting preferences" section be sure to click on "bike" in the drop down list. The map and match list developed for you will then include only bike commuters.
